Welcome to Semnos Solutions. These Terms of Use govern your use of Semnos Solutions' Services. By using the Service, you accept these Terms of Use and any modifications that may be made to the Terms of Use from time to time; if you do not agree to these Terms of Use you should not use this Service. These Terms of Use constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Semnos Solutions, LLC. Please read them carefully.
Service Terms:
Authorization/Contact Agreement
The client is engaging Semnos Solutions as an independent contractor for the specific project of developing an Internet website, graphics or modifying an existing website. The website is to be hosted by Semnos Solutions. The client also authorizes Semnos Solutions to publicize their completed website to Internet search engines, directories and other indexes. A link to the customer's website may be placed on Semnos Solution's website without consent. The client is responsible for providing accurate and reliable contact information.
Changes/Additions
Any change requests by client must be submitted through designated online form or sent to us in writing. If client requests for additional features, this will be treated as separate work. Changes and additions that were not outlined in the initial contract may incur costs. Customer approval of these costs will warrant implementation. Updates to the website are covered by an optional monthly hosting fee.
Performance Agreement
Client acknowledges and agrees that Semnos Solutions cannot guarantee the absence of service interruptions caused circumstances beyond their control including, but not limited to, local telecommunications problems, line failures, or temporary down time for maintenance or upgrades. The client also accepts that because web pages rely on delivery through a worldwide web of co-operating systems - from time to time, any web site may temporarily experience interruptions beyond the control of Semnos Solutions.

Method
We currently are accepting Cash, Checks, or Paypal.
Fees
There is an initial non-refundable deposit to complete the purchase of the domain name. This is deducted from the price of the chosen package. This amount is due prior to the start of any contractual work and within a reasonable amount of time.
Payments
All design work completed or in progress remains the legal property of Semnos Solutions until full payment is received. Once full payment is made, the client shall retain legal ownership of all contracted work.
After consultation, we will design a sample homepage. If work is approved and customer wishes to continue service, a $99 non-refundable deposit will be due. This fee, along with the signing of a contract, acts as a legally-binding agreement between you and Semnos Solutions. The remaining balance will come due when the site is completed; all final payments must be made within 7 days of completion.
Hosting
Hosting will officially start when site goes public. When the free months have expired, you have the option to continue using hosting services from Semnos for $30/month (plus sales tax). Invoice will be billed monthly and payment is expected to be received within 7 days.
*We recommend that you take advantage of our prepaid discount to have a year of hosting for only $300 (plus sales tax) (two free months). This means one full calendar year, and service will start after free hosting months have passed.
Domain Transfer Fee- There is a $50 domain name transfer fee to another hosting service.
Cancellations/Refunds
Once design work has begun, the initial deposit and all other deposits are non-refundable. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing.
If applicable, prepaid hosting will be refunded according to the rate of $15 charge per month. (Use in excess of 10 months negates any prepaid hosting refund)
Legal Terms:
Copyrights and Trademarks The client affirms to Semnos Solutions and absolutely guarantees that any elements of text, media, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Semnos Solutions for addition in web pages are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will advocate Semnos Solutions and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such materials furnished by the client.
Separate Trademarks and Copyrights are the responsibility of the client for purpose of protection covering business name, design, graphics and text contained in the finished web site.
